If you want to build beautiful, solid things—and do so with an incredible team—come join us; we have a place waiting for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Management and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors (lacquers, glaziers, upholsterers, metalworkers, carpenters, etc.). * Planning and monitoring of outsourced work, ensuring deadlines, quality, and technical compliance. * Negotiation of commercial terms, cost control, and contract management. * Analysis of technical drawings and preparation of quotation requests. * Collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams. * Supplier visits and audits, non-conformance management, and implementation of corrective actions. * Logistics support: material receipt, delivery note issuance, and transport coordination. **Required Profile** * Technical or higher education in Engineering, Production, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in subcontracting, planning, or supplier management roles. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer tools (Excel, ERP). * Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Team spirit, rigor, and autonomy. * Availability for occasional travel and valid driver’s license. **Ready to take on the challenge?** Send your CV to **contact@ebenstudioproduction.com**, with subject line **«EBEN Designer»**, and join a team that values both coffee and precision!
