Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, SMED) Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is recruiting a Process Engineer – Welding to join a nationally recognized company in the automotive sector, based in Trofa. **Responsibilities:** Define and validate manufacturing processes (APQP, PPAP, PPA); Develop and optimize robotic programs (welding and assembly); Qualify equipment, tools and processes; Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, SMED); Monitor industrial KPIs (OEE, cycle times, scrap rates, setup times); Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering; Solid experience in automated welding (MAG, SPR, SPP, Laser); Knowledge of industrial robotics (ABB / Fanuc); Ability to read technical drawings and 3D models; Knowledge of Siemens S7 automation.
