We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in performance marketing and ecommerce to join our team and support the growth of our online business. We seek an analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile with hands-on experience in traffic acquisition, conversion, campaign optimization, and performance metric tracking. What We Value: \-**Ecommerce:** \* Experience in operational ecommerce management; \* Proficiency in navigating and managing ecommerce platform backoffices; \* Experience with the Redicom platform is a plus; \* Knowledge of Sage is a significant advantage; **\-Performance Marketing:** \* Solid experience in: \* Meta Ads; \* Google Ads; \* Familiarity with other advertising platforms is valued; **\-Analytics \& Tracking:** \* Ability to analyze metrics and make performance-driven decisions; \* Experience with: \* Google Analytics 4 (GA4\); \* Google Tag Manager (GTM); **\-Retention \& CRM:** \* Experience executing campaigns for: \* Email Marketing; \* SMS Marketing; **\-Desired Profile:** \* Numbers-, performance-, and continuous-optimization-focused profile; \* Creative ability to test new angles, campaigns, and offers; \* Proactivity, autonomy, and execution capability; \* Eagerness to learn and continuously evolve; \* Passion for fashion/mode; \* Full-time on-site work in Povoa de Lanhoso.
