Saúde Boutique Residences, the premium brand of Leite Associated Health Group, is currently recruiting a Technical Director to manage its new exclusive facility in Porto. We seek a professional with solid experience in leading Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (ERPI), who combines operational and legal rigor with a human-centered, excellence-oriented vision. This professional will ensure service quality and resident well-being, leading a multidisciplinary team within a high-quality environment. Key Responsibilities: \- Operational Management: Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all residential services (Healthcare, Nutrition, Activities, and General Services); \- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and evaluate the multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with staffing ratios and brand service standards; \- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to current legislation governing ERPIs, as well as Social Security and Health regulations; \- Client and Family Relations: Oversee the admission of new residents, manage contracts, and maintain close, transparent communication channels with families; \- Administrative and Financial Management: Control the unit’s operational budget, manage procurement/suppliers, and report management indicators to the Group’s Executive Management (L. A. Health). Desired Profile: \- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social and Human Sciences, Psychology, Gerontology, Healthcare Unit Management, or related fields; \- Specific training and mandatory legal requirements for the role of Technical Director of ERPIs (Social Security); \- Minimum proven experience of 3–5 years in Technical Director roles (private/premium sector experience preferred); \- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities; \- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution abilities; \- Commercial orientation and focus on customer experience quality.
