Equipment maintenance and contribution to continuous improvement. **Join Our Mission to Improve Lives Worldwide** Execution of manufacturing activities (including production, conditioning, and packaging) of pharmaceutical dosage forms, in accordance with applicable procedures and defined objectives. **The Impact You’ll Make** * Perform manufacturing activities (production, conditioning, and packaging), complying with current instructions and procedures and with appropriate duration; * Accurately record performed activities by completing applicable documentation, such as logbooks, cleaning status labels, and manufacturing instructions, etc.; * Report to supervisors any deviations from applicable instructions and procedures detected during the manufacturing process; * Clean equipment and rooms, ensuring their preservation according to associated specific and operational instructions, and identify them regarding their cleaning status; * Handle and verify, where applicable, materials and products in accordance with defined workflows; * Perform equipment format changes according to the product to be manufactured, conditioned, or packaged, and according to the equipment’s operating instruction, carrying out applicable checks (cleaning, calibration, and others); * Execute in-process controls defined in manufacturing, conditioning, and packaging instructions, strictly adhering to the defined sampling, frequency, and execution method; * Contribute to achieving production objectives within your area, including quality; equipment performance; manufacturing defects; production volume; and all other identified objectives; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting actions and, whenever possible, implementing them or assisting in their implementation. **What You’ll Bring** \- Secondary education (vocational training in Chemistry, Mechanics, or Electronics \- preferred); \- Professional experience in production (Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics, or Automotive sectors \- preferred); * Solid computer skills; * Knowledge of English (spoken and written); * Availability for a schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday; * Availability for overtime work when necessary; * Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues. **Create Your Path** “At Bial there is no such thing as "luck".
