With a focus on quality, efficiency, and modern design, we seek a motivated Construction Supervisor / Coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team in the Maia region, near Porto Airport. What We Are Looking For: - Knowledge of modular housing project design and execution (preferred); - Proven experience in construction coordination/supervision, preferably in the construction sector (eliminatory criterion); - Ability to plan, manage deadlines, and control budgets; - Strong communication and teamwork skills; - Dynamic, proactive profile with eagerness to grow within an expanding company; - Fluency in Portuguese (knowledge of English and Spanish is advantageous); - Valid Category B driver's license. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee modular construction projects and works; - Coordinate technical, operational teams, and subcontractors; - Analyze budgets and control execution costs; - Support client, supplier, and partner communications; - Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines across all construction phases.
