Integration into a stable and growing team ABOUT US Lucena & Lucena is a cleaning and maintenance services company. We are expanding our specialized team in the Porto area with new staff for glass cleaning. THE ROLE Technical and specialized cleaning of glass surfaces (facades, windows, shopfronts, and similar). A role requiring precision, strict safety standards, and regular work at height. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Cleaning glass on facades, windows, shopfronts, and other glass surfaces • Working at height (ladders, scaffolding, suspended platforms, aerial work platforms) • Operating specialized tools: professional squeegees, applicators, scrapers • Traveling to various clients in the Porto area • Strict adherence to safety regulations for working at height • Teamwork REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY) • Prior experience in glass cleaning • Comfort working at height • Full-time availability • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety WE VALUE • Driving license category B (preferred) • Experience with ropes / rappelling work • Training or certification in working-at-height safety • Experience operating aerial work platforms WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary commensurate with the specialization of the role • Meal allowance • Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and professional tools • Ongoing safety training • Integration into a stable team • Job stability within a growing company
