Mandatory Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Manager or Shift Leader in the foodservice industry. Positive attitude, customer focus, and demonstrated sales ability (mandatory requirement). Leadership capability and ability to implement processes. Proactivity in cost control. Proven employment stability, with minimum tenure of 1 year in previous roles. Residence near Guimarães. Availability for tastings and promotional activities. Valid documentation: Tax ID (NIF), Social Security Number (NISS), IBAN, and Passport.
