Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team Tallcow is a leading European speciality retailer of lifestyle and dining products, supplying global brands, as well as their own exclusive lines. We are looking for Pick Packers to join our team on a casual basis in our warehouse. There are a variety of hours and days available but ideally you will be available 3\-4 days a week and ideally on a Thursday and Friday. Key responsibilities include: Printing and sorting new orders Accurately and efficiently pick/packing all orders Pack each order neatly and with care so that it positively represents the Brand Check all products for faults before sending Gift wrapping Booking consignments through shipping platform (including choosing which courier is most suitable) Handing over orders that could not be fulfilled to customer service team for customers to be contacted Assisting in organising Click \& Collect orders for stores (Sending through paperwork, picking stock as requested, liaising with customer service when items are out of stock and fulfilling orders in system as required) Unpacking and inspecting returns General warehouse duties such as unpacking new stock and restocking shelves Keeping warehouse neat and tidy Filling all packaging supplies Production related duties to assemble stock for custom orders Assisting with stock\-takes Quality checking products when shipments arrive Necessary Skills \& Experience: Physically fit and must be able to lift heavy boxes Strong computer skills Good customer service and communication skills Must be able to work within a team Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment High attention to detail Reliable. Our team is growing and this role will require the ability to work with others as well as working independently. This hours for this role are 7\.30am – 3\.30pm Monday \- Friday.
