Job Summary: SOPLAST is seeking a Mold Fitter Apprentice to perform maintenance tasks, assist departments, and promote continuous improvement, ensuring QMS operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. To join our team, SOPLAST is currently seeking: Mold Fitter Apprentice **Main Responsibilities:** Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled timelines defined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan; Perform corrective maintenance; Assist other departments; Promote cleanliness and organization; Combat waste and promote improvement; Ensure the operation of the QMS (Quality Management System); Perform work safely and promote the use of PPE; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all documented information relevant to the role; Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment; Respond to corrective interventions with maximum availability and promptness; Adapt to the organizational context, demonstrate communication skills and interpersonal relationship capabilities, thereby promoting continuous improvement of the organization and its processes; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, environmental protection, hygiene, and safety procedures, guaranteeing adherence to internal company standards and policies; Act/support in accordance with safety instructions in case of emergency; **Requirements:** Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for teamwork, openness to learning, and manual dexterity; **Academic Qualifications:** Minimum secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent professional training; Basic user-level computer skills; **Employment Offer:** Full-time (8 hours); **Working Hours:** 09:00–17:30 or 13:30–22:00 (30-minute lunch break) Availability for monthly rotating shifts Professional experience in the field is an advantage. **Benefits:** Competitive salary; Health insurance
