Job Summary: SOPLAST is seeking a Mold Fitter Apprentice to perform maintenance tasks, assist departments, and promote continuous improvement, ensuring QMS operation and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) Founded in 1980, SOPLAST has a long history beginning with the manufacture of small buttons for the textile industry, later evolving into the production of complex plastic components for the automotive industry. Its core activity centers on the injection molding of high-precision technical parts, utilizing various thermoplastic raw materials in its production process. It operates a state-of-the-art equipment park acquired in 2017, featuring high precision and flexibility, as well as capacity for subsequent operations such as welding, assembly, and integration of subcomponents directly into the injection process—enabling support for customers’ most demanding requirements. SOPLAST employs a versatile team capable of addressing needs from product development through to mass production, and further offers in-house capability to produce small batches using the latest prototyping technologies. To join our team, SOPLAST is currently seeking: Mold Fitter Apprentice **Main Responsibilities:** Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled timelines defined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan; Perform corrective maintenance; Assist other departments; Promote cleanliness and organization; Combat waste and promote improvement; Ensure the operation of the QMS (Quality Management System); Perform work safely and promote the use of PPE; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all documented information relevant to the role; Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment; Respond to corrective interventions with maximum availability and promptness; Adapt to the organizational context, demonstrate communication skills and interpersonal relationship capabilities, thereby promoting continuous improvement of the organization and its processes; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, environmental protection, hygiene, and safety procedures, guaranteeing adherence to internal company standards and policies; Act/support in accordance with safety instructions in case of emergency; **Requirements:** Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for teamwork, openness to learning, and manual dexterity; **Academic Qualifications:** Minimum secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent professional training; Basic user-level computer skills; **Employment Offer:** Full-time (8 hours); **Working Hours:** 09:00–17:30 or 13:30–22:00 (30-minute lunch break) Availability for monthly rotating shifts Professional experience in the field is an advantage. **Benefits:** Competitive salary; Health insurance
