Field Service Engineer **We offer:** ============= * Opportunity to join a leading company. * Pleasant working environment. * Competitive remuneration aligned with profile (base salary \+ meal allowance) * Professional growth opportunities based on a personalized career plan. * Health insurance. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Job Description:** * Forklift maintenance (repairs, periodic inspections, modifications). * Customer-oriented support (addressing needs, answering questions, providing usage advice). * Identification of business opportunities within your assigned territory. * Compliance with organizational safety rules and procedures. * Assembly, commissioning, and customer training for new machinery upon delivery. * Completion of all administrative tasks associated with the job within established deadlines (work orders, quotation requests). * Preparation of reports on detected technical deficiencies affecting or potentially affecting the safe operation of vehicles. * Proper use, maintenance, and care of all tools, equipment, resources, and PPE provided by the company. * Efficient management of material and spare parts supply. * Reporting incident opening and closure via the designated IT application. * Proposing improvements to work processes and methods. **Requirements:** * Vocational course (Level 4\) in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, electro-mechanics, or mechanics (preferred) * Electrotechnical training or relevant professional experience is an advantage * User-level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience * Proactive, responsible, versatile, team-oriented, and clearly service- and company-goal-driven.
