Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator in transfer, stamping, or screen printing to operate and adjust machines, prepare materials, and ensure final product quality. Ensure compliance with safety and organization standards We are recruiting a Machine Operator for a company in the promotional products sector. **Responsibilities:** \- Operate and adjust transfer machines; \- Prepare materials and equipment for production; \- Perform setups, job changes, and basic adjustments; \- Ensure final product quality according to defined standards; \- Identify and report technical anomalies; \- Comply with safety, quality, and organization standards; **Requirements:** \- Proven experience as an industrial machine operator, approximately 5 years (in transfer/stamping/screen printing); \- Knowledge of mechanical operation and machine adjustments; \- Ability to read and interpret production orders; \- Basic knowledge of quality control; \- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance; \- Immediate availability. **Offer:** \- Fixed schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday; \- Compensation commensurate with the role and experience.
