Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our in-house maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance at a shopping center. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment, tools, and uniforms provided upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for 1 Maintenance Electrician to work as part of an in-house maintenance team, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance at MaiaShopping Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
