Delivery conditions as of the announcement date: Free delivery by hand in Porto (location and time to be agreed upon), applicable only to items costing EUR 30 or more; or: For other locations within mainland Portugal, payment via bank transfer of the agreed price plus shipping costs of EUR 1.60 via CTT standard mail, or via MbWay with identical shipping costs. For the rest of the world, inquiries and responses are handled exclusively via email or WhatsApp, with bank transfer of the agreed price plus shipping costs to be determined. Cash-on-delivery is not offered, as CTT currently delays cheque delivery by twenty days, making it a more complicated and disadvantageous process.
