We are currently recruiting for the following position: **Logistics Administrator** **Responsibilities:** · Analyze and respond to transportation quotation requests from Customer Service; · Calculate cargo volumes and weights for shipment; · Award and manage transportation services; · Issue transportation documentation; · Send packing lists to customers for receipt, preparation, and issuance of permits; · Manage customs procedures and issue export/import documentation; · Coordinate pickups, returns, and order return processes; · Monitor in-transit orders, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines; · Actively participate in process optimization and implementation of continuous improvements. **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education (12th grade); · Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in logistics and national/international shipping; · Knowledge of customs procedures; · Proficiency in computer applications and ERP systems; · Teamwork skills, proactivity, and dynamism; · Strong interpersonal communication skills; · Results-oriented mindset, responsibility, and attention to detail; · Good command of English. **Location:** Espinho **Work Mode:** 100% On-site **What We Offer:** * Stability and a carefully designed career path at a nationally and internationally recognized luxury brand; * Health insurance, reflecting our commitment to care and well-being; * Access to an exclusive set of selected benefits and partnerships; * On-site medical and nursing support during scheduled hours for greater daily peace of mind.
