If you have solid experience in technical and operational management within the food industry, this is an opportunity to lead a demanding operation with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation. ### **Your Impact on the Operation** In this role, you will have autonomy and direct responsibility across several critical areas: * **Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance** Coordinate the HACCP system, ensuring full compliance with legislation, product traceability, and effective management of non-conformities; * **Audit Management and Certification** Plan and lead internal audits, support external audits, and assist certification processes; * **Continuous Improvement and Operational Standardization** Develop, implement, and monitor standardized operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and rigor across all stages; * **Operational Efficiency and Performance Control** Coordinate the technical team in waste management and analysis of key performance indicators; * **Innovation and Development (R&D)** Collaborate in the development and validation of new products, ensuring technical alignment with strategic customers; * **Leadership and Team Management** Lead the technical team and support production in improving productivity and efficiency of the industrial unit. ### **Required Profile** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Engineering or a related field; * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in the food industry; * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in HACCP, thermal processes, and pasteurization, as well as experience with large-scale retail distribution; * **Management Skills:** Proven ability in leadership and decision-making; * **Languages:** Mandatory fluency in English. ### **What We Offer** * **Strategic Impact:** Integration into a role with direct influence on operational performance; * **Challenging and Technical Environment:** A quality- and continuous-improvement-oriented organization; * **Compensation Package: €1600 Gross Monthly Salary \+ Meal Allowance \+ Health Insurance \+ Cost-of-Living Allowance
