Our extensive client portfolio consists primarily of major national and international companies across various industrial sectors, energy, construction, and others. We aim to strengthen our Engineering team with a profile focused on R\&D and product engineering. **AREAS OF ACTIVITY** * ENGINEERING / PROJECT **YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY** * Develop and optimize industrial pumping systems, fans, and generators * Define operating principles and technical specifications for each product * Design structural solutions, mechanical design, material selection, technology, and manufacturing processes * Model products under development in 3D and 2D * Prepare and manage technical specification documents for the procurement of critical components * Structure codes, operational ranges, and parts lists within the ERP system * Analyze and implement customer requirements into the manufacturing dossier * Support prototype manufacturing and testing for validation purposes * Provide technical support to the commercial, quotation, purchasing, and quality teams **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering * Dynamic, responsible, and organized profile * Interest in the technical field of machines, systems, and electromechanical components * Critical and rigorous mindset when analyzing problems, performing calculations, and defining solutions * Decision-making ability grounded consistently in cost, schedule, and quality considerations * Proficiency in CAD tools such as AUTOCAD, CREO, Solidworks or similar * Knowledge of electrotechnics is an advantage * Proficiency in Office tools * Languages: Portuguese and English **WHAT WE OFFER** * Integration into a solid company with 80 years of market presence and continuous growth * Inclusion in a young team with a collaborative and learning-oriented spirit * Competitive salary package aligned with your profile, qualifications, and demonstrated experience * Opportunity for career progression across multiple departments of the company * On-site work at our new facilities in Beiriz (Póvoa de Varzim)
