This is a transitional role between analytical support and full commercial accountability, with a defined progression path to Buyer. **Commercial Responsibilities** * Manage assigned subcategories: range building, article selection, and purchase proposals aligned with PVP budget and margin objectives. * Contact and negotiate directly with suppliers: quotation requests, negotiation of FOB/DDP costs within defined parameters, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms. * Build multi-market pricing structures (FR, PT, ES, CH, AT, UK) and validate margin per article. * Issue, validate, and track purchase orders through to delivery, coordinating with suppliers and logistics. * Monitor sales performance of categories under responsibility: best/worst sellers, sell-through, restocking proposals, and discontinuation recommendations. * Participate in supplier and Buying team selection meetings and range reviews. **Operational and Data Responsibilities** * Ensure integrity of the product master file: classification by department/class/subclass, technical data, images, and pricing. * Collect and consolidate supplier information (compositions, countries of origin, codes, certifications). * Ensure product registration and documentary compliance (GS1/SyncPT, CE/UKCA compliance, REACH). * Validate final artwork and packaging samples, where applicable. * Develop line sheets and catalogs with market-specific pricing tiers. * Coordinate receipt, organization, and preparation of samples for meetings and showroom. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Degree in Management, Economics, Fashion/Retail, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in retail procurement or merchandising. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Fluent Portuguese and English (written communication with international suppliers in English); Spanish is a plus. * Analytical capability, rigor, and autonomy in managing deadlines and multiple priorities. * Comfortable interacting directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders. **We Value** * Experience in jewelry, accessories, beauty, or licensed products. * Knowledge of Incoterms, import cost structure, and product compliance. * Experience in a multi-market or international context. **We Offer** * Base salary between €1.700/month (×14) + meal allowance. * Annual performance bonus. * Training and development plan, with a clear progression path to Buyer.
