We are looking for a Receptionist for the **Holiday Inn Porto Gaia Hotel**, located in Vila Nova de Gaia. Main Responsibilities, among others: * Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs, providing guests with a warm welcome; * Manage reservations, ensuring process efficiency; * Provide detailed information about the hotel, local attractions, and available services; * Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and interact personally with guests in a professional and courteous manner; * Carry out all administrative tasks inherent to the role, such as expense recording, issuing receipts and notifications, filing, and account closings; * Resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service; * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an integrated guest experience. Requirements: * Minimum education: 12th grade, preferably in a related technical course; * At least 2 years of experience in this role or a similar position — preferred requirement; * Knowledge of reservation systems — Opera (preferred); * Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written; * Strong communication skills; * Professional appearance; * Proactive attitude and guest-service focus; * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Attention to detail.
