Focus on teamwork, organization, and dynamism Centro Social e Paroquial de Mindelo is recruiting an Early Childhood Educator (M/F) for temporary replacement until the end of the academic year (2025/2026\), on a full-time basis. Main Requirements: – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Basic/Educational Studies or Early Childhood Education; – Experience working with children aged 4 months to 6 years; – Residence in Vila do Conde or nearby municipalities; – Valid driver’s license; – Immediate availability. We value: – Training in Special Educational Needs or pedagogical models (e.g., HighScope, Montessori); – Experience in IPSS institutions and interdisciplinary projects; – Strong teamwork skills, organizational ability, and dynamism. Conditions: – Fixed-term employment contract (temporary replacement); – Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week; – Remuneration according to the Collective Labor Agreement; – All rights associated with the period of service rendered.
