




Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee apparel production in Portugal and coordinate relationships with international manufacturers and clients in the UK. Key Highlights: 1. Build strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturers **Account Manager – Apparel** **Location:** Porto **About the Role** We are a London-based apparel design and production company with a dedicated operation in Portugal. We are looking for an **Account Manager** to join our team, fulfilling two primary functions: **Key Responsibilities** **Production in Portugal** * Manage production for our own brands (DTC) and external clients. * Work directly with a select group of Portuguese manufacturers. * Oversee product development from initial stages through to shipment. * Negotiate pricing and production terms. * Manage orders, deadlines, and ensure adherence to production schedules. **Account Management – Women's Swimwear** * Manage the relationship between our main manufacturer in China and our UK clients. * Attend client meetings in London (with occasional travel). * Collaborate with designers, buyers, and product development teams. * Monitor all project phases, ensuring adherence to critical path timelines. * Support price negotiations and order management. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in the apparel industry, preferably in account management, product development, sales, or production. * Excellent communication skills in **Portuguese and English** (spoken and written). * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and administrative documentation management. * Valid driver’s license. * Valid passport. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the textile and apparel industry. * Supplier and client negotiation skills. * Experience managing international clients and manufacturers. * Knowledge of the Portuguese apparel manufacturing and accessories market. **What We Expect From You** * Contribute to the growth of Portuguese production through existing clients and acquisition of new projects. * Build strong, long-term relationships with domestic manufacturers. * Join an international team and contribute to the growth of the women’s swimwear division. * Ensure clear, effective, and professional communication with all stakeholders. * Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within a diverse and dynamic role. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Company vehicle for business use. * Meal allowance. * Mobile phone and laptop. * Hybrid work arrangement (office and remote). * **22 working days of vacation**, plus national holidays. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to work with international clients and suppliers across diverse markets and product categories.
