




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer to prepare proposals and develop solutions, collaborating with Account and Business Managers to capture new opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Business Developer focused on proposal preparation and solution development, working closely with Account Managers and Business Managers to support the capture of new opportunities and growth with existing clients. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Managers in opportunity analysis and client engagement strategy definition; * Prepare commercial and technical proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with client needs; * Structure and present a service portfolio tailored to different customer segments; * Coordinate contributions from internal teams (technical, delivery, pricing) to build comprehensive solutions; * Participate in client meetings for requirements gathering and proposal/solution presentations; * Support the definition of differentiated and competitive solutions relative to the market; * Ensure consistency and reuse of content (templates, previous proposals, best practices); * Track the proposal lifecycle through negotiation and closure, in coordination with commercial teams; * Contribute to continuous improvement of pre\-sales and proposal management processes. **Requirements and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; * Prior experience in pre\-sales, business development, or proposal preparation (preferably in IT services); * Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and developing commercial proposals; * Solid understanding of IT services (outsourcing, development, cloud, etc.); * Ability to structure solutions and value propositions for diverse customers and sectors; * Excellent written communication skills (essential for proposals); * English fluency (nice to have); * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and engage with multiple stakeholders; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality; * Analytical ability and structured thinking; * Strong time and priority management skills. **Our Offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of maternity leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal, and Financial areas); * Hybrid work model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program.
