Define monitoring strategies for Metrics, Logs, Traces, APM, and RUM ###### **Workplace:** **Porto (On\-Site)** ###### **Profile:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing and operating Observability frameworks and monitoring platforms, particularly in the implementation and continuous improvement of observability processes across infrastructures, applications, Cloud environments, and distributed systems; * Proven experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent enterprise monitoring platforms; * Experience in defining and implementing monitoring strategies covering Metrics, Logs, Traces, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting; * Solid knowledge of Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; * Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring platforms will be valued; * Fluency in English; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Team spirit and ability to work in international and multicultural environments; * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills; * Innovation mindset, flexibility, and adaptability; * Strong sense of responsibility. ###### **Work with us:** * With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT; * At Rumos, consultants integrate highly challenging projects, based on the latest technology and in the most diverse sectors of activity; * Rumos consultants have access to a certified training plan, which offers a constant update of technical skills; * Rumos, as an employer, has job opportunities based on equity, integrity and diversity.
