HipoGes delivers solutions across the entire investment lifecycle: * Due diligence and valuation * Transaction closing and restructuring * Amicable loan management / legal management, real estate management, marketing and sales strategy, reporting; portfolio management In the asset management area, HipoGes manages a wide range of assets, including residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, real estate assets, and unsecured loans. **Description** The Finance Department is responsible for managing the company’s accounts and accounting. Additionally, it provides tax advisory services related to credit and real estate asset management, acting as the technical reference for the company’s Operations team regarding VAT, Transfer Tax (ITP), and municipal capital gains, particularly in negotiations and real estate matters. It handles planning, calculation, and oversight of corporate taxes for entities established by foreign investment funds owning such assets, with special focus on international taxation and Corporate Income Tax, as well as VAT and Business Activity Tax (IAE). **Profile** The Accountant position supports the Finance Department’s accounting activities. Main responsibilities include: * Bank, loan, and bank reconciliation entries; petty cash control. * Supplier and customer invoice recording. * Expense report recording. * Tax filings (VAT and withholding taxes). * Payroll accounting entries. * Accruals and prepayments. * Provision recording. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the accounting function within a finance department. * SAP FICO module experience is highly desirable. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Solid analytical capability. * English proficiency at least at B1 level.
