A young, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement We are seeking a trainee to join the Operations team – Strategy \& Execution, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. This is a 12-month internship aimed at solving real operational challenges, delivering direct impact on business efficiency. ROLE: Participate in continuous improvement projects and enhancement of operational and logistics processes; Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions; Collaborate with various teams (Operations, IT, Production & Product Development, among others) to implement improvements; Support data analysis and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI); Track initiatives from problem identification through solution implementation; Prepare documentation and reports related to developed projects. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or Logistics; Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and knowledge of Power BI (preferred); Strong analytical ability and interest in data-driven work; Ability to identify problems and structure solutions; Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
