Title: Architect – URBAN OBRAS **SANTO TIRSO** Job Description: · Development of architectural projects, primarily focused on remodeling and rehabilitation; · Presentation and negotiation with clients; · Analysis and preparation of commercial proposals; · Planning and preparation for construction; · Budgeting; · Construction supervision; · Liaison with suppliers and clients. Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; · Experience and aptitude in client interaction; · Experience in project design; · Experience in construction supervision (minimum 2 years); · Ability to produce 3D projects (not mandatory); · Sensitivity to interior design; · Professional appearance.
