Requirements: Previous experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the rubber industry); Minimum compulsory education level; Ability to learn and sense of responsibility; Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit; Availability to work shifts (if applicable); Physical robustness and resilience to factory work; Residence in Trofa or neighboring areas, including Santo Tirso, Maia, Famalicão, Ermesinde, Valongo, Vila do Conde, Porto, and surrounding regions.
