Close mentoring and continuous professional development **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** The **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, provides training, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, driving continuous improvement, and enabling agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous professional development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is currently recruiting a Senior Construction Director to join a project in Melides (Grândola), in the luxury residential construction sector.** **Your mission:** You will be responsible for the overall technical coordination of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring their execution to high standards of quality, efficiency, and rigor, while meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and defined technical requirements. * Manage, coordinate, and plan all construction phases—from preparation through final handover; * Ensure work execution complies with design specifications, budget, and scheduled timelines; * Coordinate on-site teams, suppliers, materials, and equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety; * Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance monitoring; * Implement technical and strategic solutions to optimize costs, resources, and timelines; * Utilize construction management tools to ensure rigorous control over planning and execution. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering; * Solid senior-level experience in Construction Management; * Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in the luxury segment; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; * Experience with CCS (Candy) is a plus; * Strong technical autonomy and on-site decision-making capability; * Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills; * In-depth knowledge of technical standards and legal frameworks governing construction; * English proficiency at B1/B2 level is an advantage. **Mobility requirements** * Willingness and ability to relocate and remain in Melides (mandatory); * Accommodation and company vehicle provided by the employer. **Work model:** On-site **Work location:** Melides
