We are recruiting for the hospitality sector in a premium environment, with a focus on supervising and executing high standards of cleanliness and organization in luxury properties. You will play a key role in efficiently managing operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities - Supervise and execute property cleaning and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency; - Efficiently and discreetly manage guest turnover; - Control inventory of linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies; - Organize and manage the property, including sensitive inventory such as keys and access cards; - Implement and comply with privacy, security, and operational organization procedures. Requirements - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Experience in team management and housekeeping operations; - Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken; - Availability to work on-site, including shift work and in high-stress environments; - Willingness to reside at the workplace; - Ability to work collaboratively and handle computer systems.
