Responsibilities: Strictly comply with HACCP regulations; perform Mise en Place; follow technical specifications; Assume responsibility for the Pizzaiolo role; Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu; Cook food and prepare high-quality items in a timely manner; Test food to ensure proper preparation and temperature; Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly; Ensure appropriate sanitation and cleaning of surfaces and storage containers; Requirements: Willingness to learn and advance in one's career; Previous professional experience in the role; Culinary training; Experience and ability to prepare meals; Integrity; Dynamic attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork; Neat appearance; Punctuality and attendance; Good presentation.
