Stable professional career with a forward-looking vision We are recruiting: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (M/F) Location: Sines \- Full-time MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction phases; \- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams and subcontractors; \- Manage the construction budget, controlling costs, deadlines, and quantities; \- Ensure project profitability; \- Represent the company before the client, supervisory authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders. CANDIDATE PROFILE: \- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum proven experience of 20 years in civil construction management; \- Active member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or the Order of Technical Engineers (OET); \- Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD (preferred); \- Knowledge of English and Spanish; \- Valid driver's license; \- Willingness to travel (mandatory requirement).
