We are looking for talented, dedicated, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our project. For the **high season (April to September)**, we seek a team member focused on **excellence in service**: fluid, clean, and consistent, with outstanding teamwork capabilities. Join us and become part of the Cavalariça experience. **Bartender – Comporta** The professional will support the Bar Manager, ensuring excellence in service and a memorable experience for our guests. **Desired Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of bar experience (cocktails, classics, and service); * Speed, organization, cleanliness, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a seasonal environment with an intense pace; * Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory); * English recommended (minimum level for communication with team and guests); * Team spirit and proactive attitude; * Passion for bartending, gastronomy, and attention to detail; * Sense of responsibility and organization **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Bar Manager, ensuring excellence in service and a memorable guest experience; * Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, consistently, and with quality; * Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar; * Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service; * Provide friendly and professional guest service; * Assist with daily routines: mise en place, stock control, and bar closing; * Contribute to a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment; * Ensure high standards of hygiene, organization, and service quality. **We Offer:** * Integration into a professional and dynamic team; * A stable work environment; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Employment contract with two days off per week. **Application email:** **staff@cavalarica.com**
