We seek a Maintenance professional to accompany the project from the opening phase through daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all infrastructure, with a dynamic, autonomous, and leadership-oriented attitude. Together, we are redefining hospitality and lifestyle for investors, property owners, and travelers worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** Technical and Operational Execution: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to defined plans; * Respond promptly to emergencies reported by guests or internal staff; * Ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure; Resource Management and Coordination: * Coordinate the maintenance team’s operations: * Plan and define technical interventions, minor works, and repairs; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, work quality, and cost control; * Manage and monitor inventory of materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance; * Manage and supervise external suppliers (service providers, specialized technicians, etc.).
