If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Executing assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and production engineer; * Adhering to production task scheduling; * Maintaining punctuality and respecting scheduled entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations; * Keeping facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition; * Ensuring workplace safety for team members by preventing risky behavior and improper use of equipment and tools; * Guaranteeing that produced parts and completed tasks meet required quality standards, and in the rare cases where they do not, implementing corrective actions to resolve the issue and preventive measures to avoid recurrence; * Meeting defined production and delivery deadlines; * Maintaining positive relationships and assertive communication with colleagues from other departments; * Ensuring cleanliness and order in the team’s work area before, during, and after task execution; * Implementing instructions received from superiors; * Contributing to building a motivated, productive, and disciplined team. **Profile and Requirements:** * Minimum educational qualification; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, with proven C2-level competence; * User-level computer skills; * Knowledge of lamination; * Professional experience in this sector or a similar one, minimum 2 years; * Organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities; * Goal-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills and leadership capability. **What we offer you:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Salary commensurate with proven experience.
