Participate in process audits and documentation updates **Candidates must meet the following requirements:** • Higher education in Engineering; • 1\-year experience in the automotive industry, with preference for experience in quality or continuous process improvement; • Knowledge of standards: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949; VDA 6\.3; • Knowledge of quality methods and techniques; • Core tools training \- APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA (preferred); • Use of web\-based editing tools; • Fluency in English; • Knowledge of German. • VDA training (preferred). **Main responsibilities of the function:** • Participate in project teams by collaborating in the implementation of FMEA’s and in defining quality specifications in processes; • Collaborate in the preparation of control plans; • Participate in the process audits that clients carry out and collaborate in the definition and implementation of actions arising from these same audits; • Manage the process of handling customer complaints; • Participate in the ongoing update of documentation, including: control plan, P\-FMEA, R\-FMEA, work instructions, process and product confirmation lists.
