If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Plan and conduct validation activity flights; * Complete all documentation as required by regulatory and legal requirements; * Perform instruction duties upon request from the Production Integration Manager/Production Director; * Ensure all aircraft issues are reported in the quality management system; * Ensure aircraft delivery to the end customer meets high standards and that any issues are recorded; ensure safe flight operations while performing any assigned role. **Profile and Requirements:** * Knowledge of aviation or aeronautics; * A1, A2, and A3 certificates (preferred); * Well-organized, strong team spirit, and problem-solving approach; * Alternative experience in fixed-wing model aircraft flying; * Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2-level competence in both languages. **What We Offer You:** * An excellent working environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Competitive salary commensurate with proven experience.
