Job Summary: We are seeking experienced industrial machinery operators for earthmoving tasks, with hands-on experience across multiple machine types and the ability to independently resolve problems. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Operate and maneuver various types of industrial machinery used for earthmoving and handling other materials, including loading, transportation, demolition, excavation, spreading, pushing, leveling, dumping, compaction, excavation, and drilling; \- Our fleet comprises over 60 pieces of equipment, including dumpers, trucks, rotary loaders, rollers, crushers, bulldozers, motor graders, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, vibratory rammers, and vibrating plates. REQUIREMENTS: \- Earthmoving Machinery Operator License; \- Experience in earthmoving operations; \- Heavy Vehicle and Semi-Trailer Driving License (preferred); \- Willingness to travel throughout the national territory; \- Availability to work overtime; \- Flexibility regarding working hours; \- Strong interpersonal skills; \- Ability to independently resolve problems; CONDITIONS: \- Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role; \- Health insurance; \- Company-provided vehicle while on duty; \- Immediate start; \- Integration into a well-established company with 25 years of market presence; \- Career progression opportunities.
