We seek dynamic professionals with analytical capability, results orientation, and motivation to develop and optimize industrial processes in a demanding and technologically advanced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Industrialize new and transferred products, ensuring adherence to defined cost, timeline, and quality standards; * Promote continuous improvement of existing production processes, focusing on increased productivity, quality, and safety; * Define layouts and workstations, establishing balanced and efficient work methods; * Study and determine manufacturing times, setting production targets for various work cells; * Develop technical solutions to improve equipment and production process performance; * Prepare specifications and technical requirements for procurement and development of new equipment; * Participate in industrialization, continuous improvement, and process optimization projects; * Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Production, and Maintenance teams in implementing operational improvements; * Ensure compliance with applicable internal standards and procedures. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge in industrialization, methods, and time studies; * Familiarity with quality standards and key quality tools; * Fluency in English and/or French; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Visual Project, or similar); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industrial IT systems; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical, organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; * Willingness to reside in the Portalegre district. **Offer:** * Contract signed directly with the client company; * Base salary for 14 months (approximately €1,800 gross per month, adjusted according to experience and demonstrated competencies) + S.A.
