Candidates must meet the following requirements: * Technical or higher education in Automation, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal / Step7\), HMIs, and/or Omron Sysmac Studio; * Familiarity with industrial robot programming (KUKA, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or others); * Ability to interpret electrical schematics; * Knowledge of industrial networks is an advantage; * User-level computer literacy. * Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development. Reporting to the Robotics and Automation Manager, the main responsibilities include: * Participating in the development and optimization of industrial automation systems; * Programming, testing, and supporting PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots; * Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements in production processes, tools, and equipment, focusing on Safety, Quality, Environment, Productivity, and cost reduction; * Participating in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new industrial equipment; * Analyzing failures and supporting resolution of technical issues in automated equipment; * Preparing specifications documents and technical documentation for new equipment and projects; * Collaborating with Production, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to continuously improve processes.
