Vila Galé Casas D'Elvas hotel is looking for a Restaurant/Bar Supervisor**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the entire restaurant/bar team; * Supervise the service provided by the restaurant and bar; * Attend to customers according to Vila Galé standards; * Support planning activities according to needs and occupancy; * Support in cost, stock and inventory management; * Place purchase requests for products or equipment; **YOUR PROFILE:** * Your education and experience are in Food & Beverage, Bar, Table Service or similar areas; * Your focus is ensuring the customer has the best gastronomic experience; * You have leadership skills and are ready to be the right-hand person of the Assistant or Head Restaurant/Bar Manager, always demonstrating a high sense of responsibility; * You have conflict and internal problem resolution abilities.
