Independent or team-based preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and performance of other general or specialized support activities within the common, instrumental, and operational functional areas of departments or services. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, even when carried out under qualified higher-level supervision. Specific Functions: * Preparation, initiation, and processing of preliminary procedures prior to public procurement of construction contracts and municipal works executed via direct administration; * Oversight and coordination of public works contracts, including management and monitoring of respective contracts; * Participation in analysis and preparation of specialized engineering (civil engineering) projects; * Promotion and participation in conservation and maintenance of municipal public infrastructure, as well as maintenance, repair/reconstruction of municipal built heritage; * Preparation of opinions and information on matters pertaining to the specific competencies of the organizational unit to which the position belongs.
