Join the team of FRE RESTAURANT \- 1 MICHELIN STAR for the 2026 season\. Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * during the morning shift, ensuring and/or organizing the dining room setup for breakfast and/or lunch, focusing on functionality and aesthetics; * welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and managing table service; * during the afternoon/evening shift, supporting or substituting the sommelier by preparing drinks and/or wine tastings according to assigned instructions and applied standards; * dinner service. Work is scheduled in shifts with two consecutive days off. An initial fixed-term contract is offered, with concrete possibilities for professional stabilization and growth; employment classification follows the collective agreement applied by the company. This selection is open to both genders pursuant to Law 903/77\. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: * holds a diploma in tourism \- hospitality; * has at least one year of experience as a dining room commis; * is familiar with mise en place techniques; * speaks English fluently; * is well-groomed, possesses aesthetic sensibility, and pays close attention to detail and quality; * is able to work both independently and as part of a team; * has knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations, preferably holding HACCP certification; * is available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; * has independent means of transportation to and from the facility.
