The candidate to be hired bears primary responsibility for ensuring the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver food and beverage service to guests/customers; * Ensure recruitment, training, and management of team members; * Organize service operations, including scheduling; * Manage reservations and control stocks; * Prepare and monitor departmental ratios; * Control, issue, and verify departmental bills and consumption records; * Ensure customer retention through the team’s professional attitude. **Requirements:** * Professional qualification in the field of Food Service/Hospitality; * Proven experience in similar roles (minimum 3 years); * English language proficiency; French is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is valued; * Solid user-oriented IT skills (Office and internet); * Customer service excellence orientation; * Results-driven and efficiency-oriented mindset; * Strong commercial and numerical aptitude; * Excellent knowledge of HACCP; * Good communication skills; * Strong organizational and leadership abilities; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will we naturally stand out together?
