Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and disassembling molds, supporting production start-ups, and monitoring real-time production indicators while validating process data. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to work in a team, dynamism, and proactivity MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble and disassemble molds on injection molding machines; * Support production start-ups; * Monitor shift production indicators in real time and act accordingly; * Validate data from ongoing processes at the beginning of each shift. REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE * Basic computer literacy (user-level); * Availability to work in shifts/continuous operation; * Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization; * Ability to work in a team; * Dynamism and proactivity.
