DELAgroup is looking for a Functional Analyst with critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for teamwork. This professional will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams, ensuring that delivered solutions meet the organization's strategic objectives. Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating functional documentation and technical specifications; * Supporting solution definition and process design; * Monitoring functional testing and delivery validation; * Collaborating with development, QA, and business teams. Ideal candidate profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams; * Fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English (spoken and written); * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN; * Knowledge of SQL or BI tools; * Experience in digital transformation projects.
