Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation and qualification of industrial equipment, maintenance plan management, performance analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the installation and qualification of industrial equipment 2. Develop and ensure the execution of maintenance plans 3. Analyze and organize technical documentation for equipment **Key Responsibilities:** Participate in the installation and qualification of industrial equipment; Propose and develop maintenance plans; Support on-site maintenance interventions; Liaise with equipment manufacturers; Participate in improving operational modes and processes; Ensure execution of equipment maintenance plans (preventive and corrective); Guarantee implementation of maintenance tasks; Analyze and organize technical documentation for equipment; Perform cost control and manage service suppliers; Create and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs); Ensure follow-up of internal and external audits; Interact daily with other departments; Ensure compliance with current GMP standards within the company; Adhere to the company's Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety procedures. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering; Fluent in English; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred); Knowledge of maintenance management software (SAP Plant Maintenance preferred); Autonomy, results orientation, and objective-driven work; Proactivity and dynamism; High sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure;
