We seek an experienced professional with strong leadership capabilities, capable of coordinating the delivery of multi-technical maintenance services (Predictive, Preventive, and Corrective) for a Veolia client. **Responsibilities \- Your Mission** * Coordinate and supervise a team of 10 maintenance technicians (5 Skilled Technicians \+ 5 Pre\-Skilled Technicians); * Plan and assign daily work orders; * Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan (target \>85%); * Ensure effective response to breakdowns and corrective maintenance; * Manage team priorities and on\-site resources; * Report to the Operations Manager on the status of interventions; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards; * Use Maintenance Management Software; * Support inventory and materials management; * Participate in technical meetings with the Client. **Qualifications** ----------------- **Academic Background:** * Compulsory education; * Technical/professional training in Mechanics, Electricity, or Electromechanics (preferred). **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in industrial maintenance and team coordination; * Valid DGEG certification (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics; * Experience with Maintenance Management Software; * Knowledge of AVAC and Industrial Ventilation systems (preferred); * Experience in continuous production industrial environments. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong leadership and team management skills; * Excellent organizational and planning abilities; * Results\-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Technical rigor and attention to detail; * Decision\-making capability; * Team spirit and collaboration. **Additional Information** ------------------------ **What We Offer:** * Full\-time employment; * Integration into a leading company in the industrial maintenance sector; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Continuous training; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression. **Location:** Lousado **Contract Type:** Indefinite\-Term Contract **Become an Agent of Ecological Transformation!
