Development of competencies in planning, management, and problem-solving A civil construction and public works company based in the Ponte de Lima area is looking to recruit a Civil Engineer: With or without professional experience; Main responsibilities/functions: \- Site management; \- Planning and coordination of construction projects and teams; \- Management of resources required for project execution; \- Budgeting and measurement Required Profile: \- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferably registered with the Portuguese Order of Engineers - OE); \- Professional experience in construction projects preferred; \- Ability to work under pressure; \- Dynamism; \- Leadership skills; \- Strong organizational skills; \- Strong resource and time management skills; \- Strong analytical and communication skills; \- Ability to plan, manage, and solve problems; \- Teamwork skills; \- High sense of responsibility; \- Proactivity and autonomy; \- Strong adaptability to new challenges; \- Advanced user of MS Project and AutoCAD; \- Valid driver’s license, category B; \- Willingness to travel.
