Dental Light, a group of dental clinics offering comprehensive oral health services, is looking for a Technical Procurement Manager. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and optimize the procurement process; * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers; * Identify and select new suppliers and strategic partners; * Ensure efficient supply of consumables, equipment, and clinical materials; * Monitor stock levels and collaborate with clinics to anticipate needs; * Analyze costs, prepare reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities; * Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements; * Develop and implement procurement procedures and policies. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * Higher education degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field; * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing functions; * Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred (preferably dentistry); * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills; * Excellent analytical ability and results orientation; * Proficiency in Excel and management tools; * High level of organization, responsibility, and autonomy; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Base salary commensurate with responsibilities; * Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to clinics’ commercial and operational performance; If you match the above profile and seek a long-term career in Healthcare within a healthy and supportive environment, please send your updated CV to rh@dentallight.pt with the reference: DL\_RTC\_BRG\_2026\.
