"Executive functions of a manual or mechanical nature, carried out within clearly defined general directives and varying degrees of complexity. Execution of elementary support tasks essential to the functioning of agencies and services, which may involve physical effort. Responsibility for equipment under one's custody and for its proper use, including performing maintenance and repairs when necessary.", concretized in the following specific duties: * External Services are primarily focused on conservation and maintenance of green spaces; removal of waste and similar materials; street and public space sweeping and cleaning; gutter cleaning; washing of public roads; fountain cleaning; removal of trash bins and weed eradication; cleaning and maintenance of landscaped areas; operation of various tools—manual or mechanical—as required to perform tasks; responsibility for cleaning, tuning, and lubricating mechanical equipment; performing minor repairs and arranging materials as needed. Excavation, earth movement, and manual or backhoe loading; demolition, truck loading and transportation; operation of brush cutters, chainsaws, blowers, lawn mowers, and all machinery related to external general services; checking oil, fuel, hydraulic system levels, filters, tires, and lubrication points, with necessary replenishments completed at the end of each shift; cleaning of equipment and tools; repairs, painting, and warehouse/site support; application of various materials, fertilizers, and pesticides to designated green areas; planting and pruning of trees; driving and operating vehicles, machines, and equipment related to the activity; support in cemetery services, particularly assisting the gravedigger; driving light vehicles belonging to the Parish Council. Other conservation and maintenance activities carried out in compliance with existing agreements or other responsibilities assumed or assigned. Other activities related to services provided by the Parish Council. Performing any other duties assigned by law, regulation, or higher authority.
